DROUGHT-HIT FARMERS SELLING WIVES TO SURVIVE IN BUNDELKHAND, WHERE RAHUL GANDHI WAS BUSY FIGHTING MAYAWATI PRE-ELECTION, RAHUL HAS SHUT EYES

DROUGHT-HIT FARMERS SELLING WIVES TO SURVIVE IN BUNDELKHAND, WHERE RAHUL GANDHI WAS BUSY FIGHTING MAYAWATI PRE-ELECTION… RAHUL HAS SHUT EYES ON VILLAGERS’ PLIGHT AND SO HAS THE CHIEF MINISTER OF UTTAR PRADESH (6th Sept 2009)

Hats off to CNN-IBN for revealing the harsh truth of drought-hit farmers’ plight in Bundelkhand on Sunday… SHOCKING! Farmers are selling their wives into flesh trade to survive a few more days of living with that two-meal a day life. Yes, it is shocking because it was Bundelkhand, pre-election days where Congress Scion Rahul Gandhi was fighting tooth and nail with Mayawati, CM of Uttar Pradesh… Where is Rahul Gandhi today??? Where is Sonia Gandhi, who was too emotional at YSR Reddy’s funeral??? Where is our PM, who declares on television saying – “No Indian will die hungry and don’t worry of drought because we have enough stock of food grains”? Where is our Home Minister, who is busy only blaming Pakistan about not doing anything about 26/11 attack… while he and his ministers are doing nothing to save poor countrymen??? Where is our Agriculture Minister, who is only busy about IPL and IMG contracts??? Where are the other electronic channels and why they are not breaking or showing this REALITY SHOW to the world, always busy covering and licking arse of celebrities visiting temples???

Drought-hit farmers in Bundelkhand, Uttar Pradesh are in serious condition to make their few more days of living… No monsoon or irrigation water for their crops; No income source from anywhere; No relief from the government; No food grains (as PM’s false promises doesn’t go further than television screens of various news channels; No representatives for them from any political leaders (Rahul Gandhi or Mayawati), who had promised them so much before election); their plight has extended to such an extent that farmers have no other option but to sell their own wives to get home few notes so that they can buy that meal to survive just another day…. Yes, we are truly living in 21st Century India… truly global and corporate approach!

It is heartening indeed when I saw the reporting on CNN-IBN today evening… All those big-big statements by PM, Home Minister, Agriculture Minister, Finance Minister and Congress Spokesperson are totally crap… they are really not bothered what a farmer does for a living as long as their air-conditioners are working properly in their palatial bungalows… SHAME that they have no conscience at all about their poor farmers, who are dying and in order to feed the country (with crops), they are being pushed to such an extent that they have to sell their flesh to feed their family… It is a PITY that India, the land of farmers is seeing these days… courtesy UPA government’s second term in the office…

Farmers are selling their wives for a limited period to others in Rs.10 Stamp Paper as a deal is made for a certain amount of money. Wives have no other options but to sacrifice themselves for the sake of their respective families’ hunger… the plight is deplorable and really hard to digest for city dwellers, who are busy about Friday releases and celebrities link-ups… the political leaders are busy only diverting attention of the nation by issuing all kinds of statements, which are not real and big lies… IS THE PM, SONIA GANDHI & RAHUL GANDHI LISTENING???

During the pre-poll election, Rahul Gandhi won hearts of many villagers, when he was seen working shoulder-to-shoulder with villagers in villages in hot sun… however, this situation of our villages have proved that Rahul Gandhi used that particular act as a PR (Public Relation) activities to win the hearts of the voters because he really doesn’t care any more about those villagers, who believed in him and his promises made to them… Congress led UPA government is surely going in the wrong direction of showing the nation about its economic growth rate, which is built on a base of DROUGHT-HIT POOR FARMERS DEAD BODIES AND SACRIFICE MADE BY FARMERS’ WIVES BY SELLING THEIR FLESH (BODIES) TO EAT ANOTHER MEAL TO LIVE JUST ANOTHER DAY…
